"I was just informed Dr. Ward is leaving February 2024. I have seen him for over a decade. I had seen two other doctors who did not discover I had both a vertical and horizontal correction. He is an outstanding optometrist. The customer service, and customer interaction has greatly decrease since he sold his practice to MyeEyeDr. The eye glass selection is also the same you can find at a one hour lens company. I was sad he had to sell his practice but I also appreciate the tough personal decisions we must all make for our families. Now that Dr. Ward is leaving, I would suggest finding another practice or find out where he is going and follow him specifically. Do not continue to spend your money at this location and MyEyeDr. I live in the foothills and traveled 50 minutes to see him. There is no longer significant value to going to this location. Thanks Dr. Ward for your awesome years of service and I hope I find your new practice. They are receiving 2 stars vs 1 for the equipment available."

"I love Doctor Ward and have been going to see him for years, Way before he joined the My Doctor network. Today I went and the lady was cashing me out, but had many questions to the other employees. She said I owed $820.00. I asked to have another employee review the invoice. I ended up paying $120.00. Big difference. Does not inspire confidence."

"This is my family’s second time trying out this place. The first time they messed up our billing so bad they had my husband (primary on insurance) down as a child so nothing was covered. It took 8 months to get it worked out. I went in for new glasses and contacts, the Dr. Was great, unfortunately the rest of the staff was not. I had to wait about a half hour for someone to help me with glasses and they rushed me through it. Did not measure my eyes to see where the transition in the lens should be, did not ask what coating I wanted on my glasses and when I picked up my $800 glasses. No fitting option was offered or available. They Just took my money and could care less if they worked for me. Buyer be ware we are 0 for 2. I called in to try and get a fitting for my new glasses scheduled but they would rather interrupt me and fight with me than help me!!! Horrible experience!"

"Very professional and attentive staff - everything from scheduling to the testing, the Dr. and the technicians was top notch. I used to drive across town for my annual eye exams but no more. The Dr. was very knowledgeable, spent a lot of time with me and explained everything in detail. The technicians took time to adjust my glasses to my satisfaction. I'm very happy with the readers that I got - both the choice of frames and the quality of the lenses and I really love my transition glasses - they have become my favorites. I strongly recommend this location."
