"I've been going to this practice for two years now and I can't say enough good things. My husband and I see Dr. Paige Stephens and she is everything you hope for in an optometrist. She personable, thorough and really takes her time with her patients. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her field and she has realistic recommendations for your eye care. I've seen about ten eye doctors in my lifetime and she's been the best for me thus far. Even though I ended up ordering my contacts through an online retailer, Dr. Stephens gave me a second round of trial lenses to use while I waited for my lenses to be shipped. Dr. Stephens has truly exceeded my expectations with her generosity and knowledge of different contact lenses when I was unsure what brand to go with. So glad I found this practice."

"After going to this practice for over 30 years I will never go back. “Molly” the office manager is aggressive and disrespectful. She call me on a Sunday to settle a bill for my Veteran husband. No respect for my sabbath. Interesting because Dr Conahan is a missionary! No one from the office called me after I addressed my concerns."

"Paige Stephens is fantastic, the staff is super friendly. I just wish I knew a better way to get ahold of anyone. They don’t answer phones there and you have you leave messages. It’s really hard to get a call back. It’s super frustrating to have to stop by the office to order contacts when it could be done over the phone. If they can figure out their customer service and take care of their patients from that perspective …it would be an easy 5 star review."

It can take a little time to get in to see him (20+ days), but that is just a testament to how amazing he is. There are other providers that can assist you much sooner for an eye exam or an emergency."
