"when you dial #1 for the clinic the phone message says 11 is not a valid message. How do you reach kids first?"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The front desk staff is not trained!!!!! They are terrible and definitely DO NOT PUT PATIENTS FIRST. My daughter went in with step dad for new patient visit . They denied him because I was not there to sign HIPPA form. They told him I PHYSICALLY HAD TO BE THERE. I called and they have already cancelled her appt. It is SOOOO SIMPLE FOR patent to sign and fax form but NO INSTEAD THEY TUNRED HIM AWAY GAVE NO OPTIONS but OH I CALL AND THEY SAY YEAH YOURE ALLOWED TO DO THAT, sign and fax form. Then why did they lie and not tell step dad that. How was he supposed to know that when they specifically said I had to physically be there. How is that putting patients first????? I know that because I’ve worked as a medical assistant for years . THEY SIMPLY LIED TO HIS FACE AND COULDN’T GET AWAY WITH IT OVER THE PHONE with me because I know what I’m talking about . Also they never have sick visit slots available. If my child gets sick out of no where then what ?????? I need to go to urgent care because they don’t have any. It’s very frustrating. Good doctors but their schedule layout and FRONT DESK IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL KEEP LOOSING PATIENTS LIKE THEY JUST LOST 2 more ."

"Dont recommend this place at all. I went here as a kid and it was great but the way that they are running it now is absolutely disgusting and the staff is RUDE. I wouldn't but these people in charge of your childs health."

"We called in to get my twins a health and wellness check. When we called initially we did not have insurance and they told us that was fine and we may have to pay some money as we expected. The day before the appointment, at the end of the day.. after I have already informed their school and transportation they would not be in the next day they called and said they cancelled our appointment because we got CHP+ and it is under Kaiser, which they do not support. I asked if I could just pay without using the insurance and I kept getting the same run around they don't support it. I don't know why that is hard to understand. Now the school day is over, I cannot get a hold of the school to reschedule them for school tomorrow and they have no wellness check. Some schools require this to stay in school, it took weeks to get this appointment and the appointment was several weeks from the time we called. I hope I can get a wellness check before they are kicked out for not having one. Absolutely infuriating. I wanted to like this place but they lost me and my family."
