"I was 5 min late for my sons 2 month check up which includes his shots he needs -that I waited a month for.. I took an hour long bus ride over there and it was my first time at this location.. I had to walk for 15 minutes to find it and when I explained to her what happened, she just looked at me rudely and said, “well your 5 min late we can’t see you but you can wait here through out the day for a no show.” As if that is actually reasonable for a person with a 3 yr old and a 2 month old! That’s absurd, I then asked for the office manager and she replied with, “I will be” as she rolled her eyes and smiled. So needless to say I will be finding a new drs office all together and I will never recommend this office to anyone. They could of seen me. It was 5 minutes people! An hour on the bus! On top of that it was for my 2 month old shots that I waited a month to be seen for. Oh and on top of that! I took off work to bring my little guy in. So loss of pay and didn’t even get seen."
