"Not the reviewing type but I didn’t feel right about letting other people waste their time. I originally looked up one of the providers here whose credentials matched what I was looking for and contacted the office. It seemed fairly normal. They told me I needed a referral so I went to my primary to get that. My primary has it documented when they sent it and to the correct fax number. No call for 3 weeks. You finally call and they say they never got the referral so I humor it and have my primary add a second documented sent fax and they tell me to call back tomorrow (that was yesterday). I call back today and they don’t have it. I ask them what I should do and if they could help me with this apparent communication breakdown. I was told “that’s not how it works”. At that point I just gave up. I understand that the American Healthcare system has its issues and that faxing in 2024 is somehow still acceptable. I mean if a clinic can’t help people through those sorts of things then honestly let them learn about technology through reviews. Their doctors might be the best in the world but their clerical staff really puts off the vibe of not caring. Save your time and find a team that cares!"

"Just dreadful. I’ve been promised things and they don’t happen, I’ve had to follow up about every 2-4 days. My doctor had a solid treatment plan and diagnostics, i brought them the resultes tests. I just needed surgery but they refused and said we will run more tests. This has been 3 months and I’m still not being taken seriously. Doctors need to respect their patients treatments. You people don’t know just because you studied for a decade. I hate to criticize with no feed back so, I recommend training your staff in customer service, and basic time management skills, their manners are awful , literally every call sucks. Your staff does not follow up when promised. They “send notes” to the nurses or doctors that ignore them. Your clinic will never get a recommendation ever the way it conducts itself. Maybe better managers, maybe better staff, it all needs to be better."

"Agreeing to the post from Oct. 2022. This office is horrible for customer communication; ie as in you cannot get to the front desk staff. Always a long wait, nobody manning the phones, and you get frustrated and hang up. They cancelled my surgery on me and nobody informed me for two months, I see no reason why anyone should put any trust into this office and this staff. They are quick with apologies and provide zero solutions to their problems at a business. I think they forget there are other doctors who would be happy for elective surgeries. Stay away from this business."

"Have not even had my surgery yet, and I am very frustrated. It took weeks to get it scheduled. Doesn’t seem like people there answers the phone or return calls. One person I spoke to there was very helpful. The phone number they list for the office is answered by the answering service, however, you can’t leave a message until after you have had your surgery. If you try to send/reply to a message on the SCL App they send patients messages on, you can not?! Not helpful."
