"I was late which is my fault and traffic & construction didn’t help. The receptionist said well I’ll have to see if they will see you & disappeared for a very long time & when she came back was told I need to reschedule. so they wouldn’t see me but it’s their last appointment of the day so they could have at least done a partial appointment like the exam. They didn’t call to see if I was close. I drove 25min in traffic & construction to come had to go to 2nd floor limping down a long hallway & now have to drive home in worse traffic. I had to arrange a ride home for one of my kids from school to be able to come. I’m in my car in tears & so disappointed. I don’t even have info on what I should or shouldn’t be doing regarding my injury. When I asked if someone could just give me directions on what I should or shouldn’t be doing They receptionist said I should call my regular doctor to ask that question. They are the experts that why I was referred to an orthopedic. I realize I was in the wrong being late but kindness goes a long way. Not sure if I will even reschedule."

"Made an online appt weeks ago, only to be called late on a Friday to tell me I need a referral (not according to website) and it would be 6 months before. I could be seen! Then I was told that my doctor would need to talk to them, and as a nurse, I thought that was exceptionally rare to want a referral and a doc to doc. Disappointing at best."

"I’m a nurse at Swedish so I get there is no transparency when it comes to costs but I felt completely conned by the staff here. They said I could benefit from a boot and I told them a friend said I could use hers (obviously for free). The person said, “oh insurance covers it” and I said, “so it will be free?” and he assured me it would. Now I get a $200 bill in the mail and when I called to dispute it, their response was “well insurance covers it but you still have a $200 deductible on the item.” Obviously I would not have taken the boot when I could have had one for free. I called the office multiple times and was told they would escalate it and I’d get a call back. I spoke with at least 4 front desk people before getting to Manny who said he’d make sure the office manager would get my information. I never heard back from anyone. They are obviously in the business of making money. I went in with back of the calf pain and was already told by a doctor I work with that I likely have a muscle or tendon tear. Before even speaking to a single person in the office, they wanted me to do x-rays. Why not evaluate your patients first before performing exams that will cost them hundreds of dollars? What a scam!"

"Dr. Woodward treated my son for a fractured elbow. He is so down to earth, speaking in layman’s terms to ensure everyone understood, including my 16 yr old son. Dr. Woodward took time with us, we never felt rushed. He was thorough, explaining the injury, the treatment plan and answered all questions. The office staff, everyone from the front desk, radiology, medical assistants and PA were amazing. Highly recommend this provider. Thanks Dr. Woodward & staff!!"

"We highly recommend Dr. Woodward and his team. They are very professional and knowledgeable and you always leave with all your questions answered. Husband had total knee replacement surgery and Dr. Woodward did a great job made him feel he was in great hands and the teams bedside manner was the best. The x-rays are always done quickly at the office .They never keep you waiting more than 3 mins for your appointment!! The receptionist is so sweet! I would never go to anyone except Dr. Woodward and his team!"
