"It was my first time being seen at this clinic for my physical and I am extremely impressed. There's no wait time and I was seen right away. The staff were so nice including the phlebotomist . I was so impressed with my provider Kaesha. Her exams are thorough and she addressed all my concerns and needs. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at MedNOW clinic"

"I was told by the imaging place the doctor who had performed my evaluation did not give correct clinic notes so my MRI was not covered by insurance. The Doctor had told me she suspected some nerve damage based on where my pain was and where it extended to. The clinic notes I was told, stated shoulder pain, recommend MRI. Insurance denied my MRI in lieu of physical therapy. It also took several weeks for the imaging place to get notes even with me calling just about every day and leaving a message. They were quick to take my money though and even sent me a “you owe us more money” email even though they never returned any of my phone calls regarding my visit."

They are friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and look at the big picture. They've always taken the time to explain my conditions and treatment plans and answered any questions. Scrambling to find another clinic, I stumbled on this one. They were able to get me in the same day.
