"The counselors are good, but their billing department is terrible. I was constantly overcharged for therapies i had paid. I contacted them several times and they wouldnt refund my money. If you have a balance they will just charge it from your bank account, they force you to leave a card on file. I decided to stop with my therapies because i got so tired of their stupid billing department charging me when i had the receipts for my paid visits."
