"Called for the second time to try to schedule an appointment and spoke to Madison. She told me they won’t book me unless I create an online portal first and submit it. They refuse appointments to patients, unless there is an online portal with all pertaining documents. I asked if I could fill out the paperwork when I come in and she refused that too. Apparently it’s against their rules. No online portal, no service. They denied me service because I don’t have access to an online portal. Pretty frustrating if you ask me."

"A totally great and and productive experience. I came in for hairloss around 4 months ago, I was greeted by a very friendly set of staff and the doctor herself, they were all truly great and help cover my concerns. I am back here 4 months later a completely different person without the concerns and insecurities I had about the hairless before, that is how great it worked."

"I took my wife there and we did not like it at all. So all doctor see was like less than 3 mins. When she came to see my wife we wanted to ask questions and want to talk more but she was looking like she was in very hurry. I felt like she did not even wanna talk with us and want to leave as soon as possible. We did not feel comfortable asking questions and listening to her at all. We definately do not reccomend her."

"I came in with an incredible amount of pain, and a golf ball sized mass on the side of my face. I was treated with no compassion from any of staff. And also whitenesses the front desk representative show obvious frustration with an elderly women confused with the tablet paperwork. After being seen for about 10 min by a dismissive doctor. I was prescribed a topical gel that was not available at any pharmacy in the Denver area. After the unpleasant ordeal I was sent a bill weeks after my visit (which was the only request or notification of payment). Upon re-providing my insurance information to the front desk employee I was not sympathized with or apologize to for any inconvenience. After that phone call, I received several more automated follow up emails requesting payment. Upon calling the front desk multiple times, I was told she could not provide me with billing information and to email the billing team. Where I provided all of my insurance information and requested confirmation that my insurance would be billed. And heard nothing after several weeks and was blown off by front desk representatives. Without being notified I discover, via my own inquiry, almost 2 months later my bill was processed through insurance. An incredible amount of unnecessary stress and time was invested into correspondence with this office and It was never once addressed with sympathy."

"Had a terrible experience at this office. I felt like a patient on an assembly line. The doctor only saw me for about 10 minutes, barely looking at my skin and at a distance. Then, she left and the assistant tried to sell me their line of products - I felt like they were trying to get as much money out of me as possible. Believe the other negative reviews about her. Find a different dermatologist that actually cares and will take the time."
