I asked a clarifying question to cover my bases, and her tone of voice reflected annoyance with me. Chill out lady."

"After sending my mother in law here for check up for TB, I kept calling for results and no one picks up. I’ve called several times in a day and all I get is automated messages and voicemail. It’s over a month now. If she has TB, she would’ve infected many ppl since we haven’t heard anything. If I could give a zero star review, I would give them that. Worse service ever!"
