"New patient and thoroughly impressed. I got there a little early to pick out frames and a lady working there insisted on helping me find the right pair. Many didn’t work for me and I told her what I’m looking for. Meanwhile, I get called in and the pre-check was exceptional. Then when I was with the optometrist, he found a long-term condition of mine that I wasn’t aware of (despite having maybe 6 eye exams in the past decade). Afterward, I find out that the initial lady picked out more frames I may be interested in while I was with the doctor, based on our initial discussion. I found the perfect pair.
