"I like my doctor but am going to need to find a new provider because this office is soooo poorly managed. I had called to see when I was due for a physical, and they told me I hadn't had one in 3 years. I was like, "Are you sure? I thought I had one last year." So I scheduled my appointment and when my doctor came in, she was like, "You just had a physical last October, you're not due for another 4 months." So I didn't get a physical during my visit. I had blood drawn for a medication renewal, and after I left, I got a call from the office. They had managed to LOSE THE BLOOD THEY DREW in about 15 minutes. So I had to go back to get the labs redone!!! How do you lose someone's blood?!?!?! Then, I got a billed for the physical that I didn't need or even get. DO NOT COME HERE. They are incompetent, disorganized, apparently don't know how to look up patients' info and they lose lab work!!!"

"Do yourself a favor and find another practice/stay away from this one. I was a patient at this practice for over 3 years and my insurance changed 1 year ago. I was told my new insurance was in network no problem to then be told a year later that my insurance is not in network and stuck with a massive bill. I have also been taking the same medication for the same medical condition for over 12 years (and prescribed from this practice for 3 years) and needed a refill so scheduled a final/last appointment paying out of pocket since needed my prescription refilled. The PA-C I was Danya Allen denied a refill for my medication due to stating that due not having "rapport with me" (I have been seen by her multiple times before) I was required to complete other tests per "protocol" (that I have never had to complete before/been asked to do before) that would now suddenly be also out of pocket and results would not come back before ran out of medication (today). I offered to take said tests but did not want to pay the over $300 to do so bc was not informed about any of this but was told could not get my medication without paying for this. This was not told to me ahead of time nor stated as an expectation so I am now without medication. I work night shift in emergency room and this is a medication that supports me functioning (mild form of narcalepsy) and this is not best practice or good patient care. I advocated to practice manager Marie who tried to support me getting a refill but overseeing practice Dr. Ann Imhof stated would still need the test and practice would not cover cost despite the above and not being informed. I highly recommend you stay away from this unorganized and unprofessional clinic."
