"I thought they did a nice job. Everyone was pleasant enough. This was just a routine drug test, mask fitting and blood draw, but they got it done and it was easy enough. These places tend to get a lot of people giving 1 star reviews so I figured I should even the odds a little bit."

"The check-in process was easy and fast. I went in for a pre-employment drug screening. The wait was very long, over an hour and a half. They seemed to be short staffed. The Dr. was checking in patients as well. Once I met with the technician, it was about 3 minutes. She was friendly and gave clear instructions. Parking is terrible. There is very little parking available."

"At first glance it would appear that everything is pretty and peachy but it won't take long to realize that this people, although legally allowed to perform DOT physicals, they have no clue as what it entails and how the repercussions of their decisions affects you, your life and your ability to earn a living. Their lack of knowledge about the transportation business, more specifically the trucking industry, in my humble opinion is what disqualifies them from administering DOT physicals. Basically they get extremely picky, literally looking for the needle in the haystack allowing zero room for flexibility. I wonder how many great drivers they have ruined, putting them out of business and preventing them from providing for their families just by their incompetence and their lack of flexibility. "I was very pleased with the professionalism and pleasant demeanor of the entire staff. Forms were sent out promptly for me to complete. It’s the waiting after all that is done before anyone sees you. I understand there’s only so much you can do with the staff on hand and of course the number of people in the waiting area is the biggest factor. Even though I was there for almost 3 hours I think the staff did a great job."

"I had a workman’s comp case and the Broadway Center is where I had all of my appointments. PT department was a 5 star experience. Front desk very courteous and efficient. The only issue is the wait time. Appt was at 2 and I was not seen until 3:15. Twice this happen. The 4 months that I was there overall got a 4 star. Very short handed. Overall a good experience."
