"It was the weekend and I woke up with an earache. I got online with NextCare and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. I completed all my paperwork online prior to the appointment. The check-in process was friendly and very easy. I was in & out in about 30 minutes. All the staff was very friendly and the visit was comparatively priced. Great overall experience!"

"The staff is all friendly, but every time I've checked in ahead of time, or even set an appointment to be seen, I've always had to wait 30+ minutes to actually be seen(like today, appointment was for 1:30, and it's been 40 minutes and i have not been called back). And then once they do all the initial intake and you get sat in a room, it's usually another 10+ minutes to actually see a doctor. Like I said, staff is friendly, building is clean, but the wait times can be a little bit much when an appointment is made."

"This was the best service I’ve gotten. The entire team was amazing. From the nurses to the X-ray technician all the way to the physician. Even the inpatient/outpatient people were extremely nice. They were extremely transparent and helpful through this experience. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for a medical emergency. They restored my faith on how healthcare works in this country… Thank you"

"I set an appointment ahead of time, so when we arrived there was only about a 2 minute wait. The nurses were kind, and the doctor was very understanding, polite, and considerate. Both my husband and I had an appointment at the same time, so they allowed us to be in the same room together. When the doctor came in, she did really well with bouncing back and forth between the two of us and making us both feel like we were receiving individual care even though our appointments were at the same time. Great job! We were in and out quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys!"
