"Denver health in general is the worst possible medical center you can visit in Colorado probably. Most of the staff is burnt out and have no compassion for anyone. This clinic will cancel your appointment if you're not 30 minutes early but will make you wait that entire 30 minutes to see you anyway. 10 minutes early? Doesn't matter your appointment will be canceled and they will send you to the urgent care. AFC urgent care is better quicker and easier to use. The fact that you need to call to make an appointment is wild it's 2023 and this hospital is profiting of our sickness and barely improving their facilities or patient experience. Swedish medical center in Englewood is way better as well."

"I was turned away and didn’t get a chance to explain my circumstance well. I have a disability that makes communication difficult a lot of the time, so I understand the miscommunication is also on me but I was also rushed to try and explain things when I was still processing everything. There were several assumptions made and a bad game of telephone being played and I left feeling unheard and powerless, which lead to me crying shortly after I left. It’s clear the staff needs training on how to deal with people in an accessible way. I shouldn’t have even bothered and just gone to urgent care, but I didn’t think my situation called for that yet. If you suspect you have something the urgent care in the north wing of the building is your safest bet."

"Fantastic! I arrived 30 minutes early, was immediately logged in and sent down to the lab shortly after. All services were complete before the actual time my appointment booked for. Within 10 hours I received all test results. I was allowed to pay the minimum testing rate due to unemployment. Make sure you set up your Denver Health MyChart beforehand to make things easy. Also get a good idea of where you're going to park beforehand."
