I was double billed, so I called their billing department several times and left messages. No calls were ever returned. I tried visiting their Boulder office in person to resolve the issue but it was closed, so I tried their Lafayette office, and it too was closed. Third time was the charm, however, as I was finally able to get someone to speak to me after going to their Lafayette office and advising them that my insurance company was ready to open a fraud investigation into their billing practices. Overall a breathtaking lack of professionalism."
