Reviews
"Dr. Jodi Lovejoy is an outstanding mental health therapist. She is empathetic and understanding. She remembers previous meetings vividly, items I said, and draws comparisons between prior and current items."
"Place is a joke. In the past 3 years I've tried to contact someone anymore to help with my mental health and got nothing. This is why people are dying from their mental health issues."
"Very pleasant interactions with the women at the front desk today 11-2-23, especially Courtney. She went above and beyond in assisting me, leaving me feel more knowledgeable and confident in resources provided through the center"
"Jefferson Center offers a wide variety of services not just mental health related issues. There is a pharmacy Blue Spruce on site, Jacob, Jeanine, and Ernie are amazing. They go above and beyond and provide exemplary services at the pharmacy. Navigation is extremely helpful and probably a resource that is underused by the community. Each and every time I have been there I have been treated with kindness, dignity, and respect."
"I have been going here for many years on and off. This place is extremely helpful. I have had therapists who I didn't think were so great or didn't feel comfortable with so I had switched them which was easy to do. Never had to also switch my psychiatrist when I did this. Although the wait time to see a psychiatrist is a good 2 to 3 months in advance it is worth the wait. Once I see my psychiatrist my appointments are always scheduled within a timely manner. If something comes up with my psychiatrist's schedule they have called me and rescheduled which was only a two day difference from my original appointment. If I have to call and reschedule someone always answers the phone and helps me out right away. I have also had different psychiatrist's just due to them retiring but my new psychiatrist are always able to read my chart so I don't have to explain myself again and again. Same goes for therapists. I strongly believe seeing a therapist helps more than medication but that's just my opinion. I am also taking an anger management class they offer which is very helpful. Never had issues with or without insurance. Overall a great experience."
