"I've been to this urgent care facility a few times and it's always been a good experience. You can make an appointment online, even the day of, and fill out paperwork ahead of time to save time waiting. The staff are courteous and the doctors are helpful. My only complaint is that you have to pay your copay up front, even before you've been seen."

"I've previously visited NextCare Urgent Care when I've been sick. I choose them over other urgent care providers because their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This visit was no different. The front desk receptionist greeted me in a friendly, helpful manner. She informed me how long I could expect to wait, and she spoke clearly which isn't often the case. The medical assistant was also friendly and helpful. The PA that took care of me was extremely helpful, asking a lot of questions to help determine what I had going on, did a thorough exam and explained the course of treatment and what to expect in the way of recovery. I felt very comfortable to ask any questions of my own and felt as though I wasn't being rushed or hurried along. I would recommend them to others, and will continue to return for future treatment."

"I’ve taken my kids here a few times and it’s been quick and easy every time. Tonight, I walked in 3 minutes before they closed (I didn’t realize they were closing) and I offered to find another urgent care. The lady at the front was so sweet and pure, she had no problem checking me in even though they were closing. Ray did my vitals and was super kind as well. Kaitlyn is who I’ve seen every time we have been there and she is always so knowledgeable, thorough yet fast, and also extremely kind. I usually HATE going to urgent cares, hospitals, doc offices, etc. This place has always been a great experience and I am thankful for what they do :)"
