"We had gone here for a couple years and had no issues. However, their customer service has gone down. I went in to get a pair of sunglasses. I was told the lenses I wanted would take 3 weeks. When I called to see if they were in, I was told they weren't and they didn't know why and would call me back. After not hearing from then again for 3 to 4 days, I called again and was told they would call me back. I never heard back from them so I called the next day and was told my glasses were in. When I went in to get them, they had ordered standard lenses, not the ones I paid for. After waiting another 3 weeks, I called to see if they had arrived yet. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. I was told they would be mailed directly to me (I requested them to be mailed). I asked her to check to see if they were actually going to be direct mailed or go to them first. She put me on hold for 8 minutes and had completely forgotten about me. Then said only contacts would be direct mail. So this point I'm waiting on a call back but don't actually plan to hear back from them. Overall I'm really disappointed in the service I've decided l received the won't be coming back again or recommending them to anyone sad to say."
"TERRIBLE experience(s), POOR communication, Unprofessional front desk staff/assistants, and BAD system for getting patients taken care of - WILL NOT go back to this clinic!!!!! My first experience was not great due to a power/WiFi outage and I was unable to have my full tests run, but I liked the doctor when I was able to see her at my first visit. I had to reschedule my main test (due to the system being down) and came back today for that; however, after arriving 30+ minutes early to my appointment and then waiting a FULL HOUR past my appointment time I still had not been called back! I left VERY FRUSTRATED and STILL did not get my test run. The office staff did not apologize or make any effort to get me taken care of, the way I was treated was AWFUL and not acceptable. I hope the doctor gets better staff to take care of her patients, because she was great! But, I will not return - solely due to my experience from the front desk staff!!!"
"I was a new patient last month, and it has been a horrible experience. At my appointment, the technician laughed and asked me if anyone in my family was “wandering around using a cane” when asking if there was history of blindness in my family. I was horrified and froze up… which was later documented as “patient is an unreliable historian”. I also offered to bring in my medical record history in advance, and they said it wouldn’t be needed. I was also just informed by insurance that my claim will be denied because I had a 12 month period between exams, and I was only at 10 months. This location ran my insurance and assured me it would be covered. I’m now going to have to pay out of pocket because I trusted them instead of also verifying myself."
"I wanted to write a quick note of appreciation to Arvada Vision and Eye Clinic. I had an emergency with my contact tearing in the middle of my work day and stopped in to see if they could help with a replacement contact. I walked in and the amazing staff at the front desk immediately listened to my problem, talked to a doctor and had a replacement lens in my hand in less than five minutes. They were all incredibly friendly and more than willing to help even though I wasn't a patient there. Well I am now. I will be going to Arvada Vision & Eye Clinic from now on. Thanks everyone for your help!"
"They have really gone downhill fast. Purchased contacts weeks ago, but they never submitted the order. we have called and emailed multiple times. When we actually do get someone on the line, it's always "someone will call you back within 24 hours", "someone will call you later this afternoon". No one ever calls back. We can't get our contacts, we can't get a refund, we can't get a copy of our prescription... We had the same issues back in April and lens issues over the summer. When we do get our contacts, we'll be done with this place."
