Unlike huge corporate P.T. entities, their therapists carefully apply their schooling and years of expertise to evaluate your session-to-session progress, and tailor each session to exactly what will help you physically improve in subtle ways, instead of handing you a 'one-size-fits-all' photocopied set of 'standard' exercises.
