"When I came for my appointment the staff was very kind and courteous. The office space is very clean. I had an ear issue and the medical staff was able to easily diagnose and clear my ear issue. Though when I set the appointment over the phone, the staff told me I shouldn't need to pay the appointment cover fee. A few days later I was hit with a bill with the costs that my insurance didn't cover: I wish I had asked/ knew how much the service would cost me out of pocket before the medical staff cleared my ear issue."

"Showed up at 6:30 for my 7am appointment and at 7:10 the office staff finally told me that they couldn’t see me today because the medical assistant wasn’t going to be in this morning. Is the Doctor not capable of getting vitals themself? Complete clown show of an office, go somewhere else & save yourself some time."

"Went in for a normal physical, saw Dr. Hoffman and told her I felt dizzy some days. That exact statement changed the code of my physical to something that was no longer covered by insurance. If I had told her I was fine, the entire cost of my visit would’ve been covered. Because I told her about a potential issue, I was then obligated to pay $230 after insurance. This place is a complete scam and my family and I will not be returning. Unless you go in for a physical and say “I’m perfectly fine”, you will be charged for a completely different visit. What a joke. This will be taken to small claims court to be adjusted correctly. Spoke with someone in billing and they had no interest in changing the billing to the correct code. No wonder the reviews are so low. Find a new place to go if you’re considering this one."

"I arrived for my 7:40am appointment at 7:20 like recommended. The front desk staff didn’t come to the desk until 7:30. I waited until 7:55 for the front desk to say that the medical assistant was running another 20min late and that the NP (Amanda Judd) couldn’t see me without her doing my intake first. You would think that a NP could ask me a couple questions and take a blood pressure to start the visit... 0/10. Listen to the other reviews. Go somewhere else."

"I have been pleased with my PCP, Nicole Hoffman, but not happy with the practice’s transparency around billing. I called for an appointment with my PCP for a lingering cough, but was told she was out of the office. They said I could do the appointment with another provider (Only remotely. No option to go in person where they could actually listen to my lungs…but that’s a separate issue). I was seen online by the alternate provider for all of 7 - 10 minutes, and ended being billed $75 instead of my normal copay. Apparently this is because this provider didn’t have a PCP code with my insurance; how would I have known this? Had I been told that I would be paying more than my copay, I would have just gone to an urgent care clinic where they could have actually listened to my lungs, taken my vitals, etc."
