"Do not recommend for annual physical. They will not perform or address any of your concerns, and then they will consistently bill you for an office visit even though insurance 100% covers annual physicals. Not worth the hours you will have to spend going back to the office or on the phone trying to address your billing concerns. They outsource billing as well so you may need to deal with 2 or three different people to resolve your issue. It has been over a year since the physical and still got a bill for the service. They have also made up an office visit and billed for that as well."
"Very poor communication. I called for information about my blood and pap results and they don't know anything about my exams."
"DO NOT GOT TO THIS CLINIC!!! It's a zero if i could. After being a patient for 1 year with a constantly changing "primary care physician" I had 5 different nurse practitioners and continually had to explain everything from the beginning again and again. Recently I've had the most amazingly terrible treatment. I know this is somewhat private but I have to say this. Last month instead of just being honest and upfront with me that one med I take was suddenly not ok anymore according to some new study and I have to taper off. Who cares if it genuinely improves my quality of life, right. According to some new study. Not the previous study or the next study. It's not a rule but the study knows what's best for myself, a nurse practitioner and some 22yr old person with a 12 week psych certificate. They both were working together, forcing it to happen, and making me try to validate my meds my feelings. Towards the end of this ridiculous waste of time we decided on how to proceed with my medications and I left.... Instead of just pressing send on the tablet in her hands to get my prescriptions sent over to the pharmacy I always get the same things filled at she waits 7 hours and decided to change my prescriptions around on her own, She who shall not be named decided that what we agreed should be changed so eventually when I go to pick up my meds it's all wrong and not ready. I am unaware what's going on at this point until someone says "she called and decided to change what you get. This sorry excuse for a nurse cared for nothing about me, my health, and just zeroed in on 1 low-level controlled substance that I've been taking for more than a decade with much success. She was the least professional health care person I've ever incountered and should probably not be in the business of caring for people. I left feeling like she accused me of being an addict and that apparently I don't know my own body after over a decade of the same couple meds. But the new study knows better than everyone. I've never been treated like this from someone who is held to a certain level of standards. Finally that psych person should be charged with fraud for billing Medicaid for her virtually non existent role. This home in the wall ghetto office does not provide actual care don't waste gas, time, or one brain cell on this non business."
"Had a delightful visit with Frank. Thank you for your promptness."
"They cancelled two appointments in a row, a week apart. No explanation or apology. At the third appointment, I waited 40 minutes past the scheduled time, then left. If you have a choice, go somewhere else."
