"Hung up on twice in two days. Is this place for real? Angela a PA wouldn’t let me speak on the call but continued to talk over me even when I would stop and explain how a courteous conversation works where one person speaks and another Listens, she didn’t seem to grasp this concept. She continued to talk over me and then said we are done and hung up. Really? Yesterday, another employee, whom I’m told is the manager, Jeanna, also hung up on me after I brought to her attention that their interpretation of my records was incorrect. Records that were sent from my previous allergist seemed to provide a challenge to their interpretation. My allergist called them to explain but still they didn’t understand the details. I just moved here from Chicago. Are people this rude in Colorado? I called in to speak to a supervisor so let’s hope I get a call back. I was referred to dr melemed and I would still like to see him but the way this was handled was anything but professional."
