"several times i’ve had appointments cancelled on me day of. just today my appointment was cancelled due to “scheduling conflicts” even though i booked it over a month and a half ago. the staff is great but it’s just too inconsistent and i keep missing work for no reason."

"I scheduled an emergency contraceptive and got offered some options but I was not able to take a couple pills they offered due to me nursing. One option was the IUD instead. They squeezed me in last minute to get that inserted. The doctor who did it was very patient and made sure to answer all my questions ect. I’m bad with names so I can’t remember her name exactly but the staff in be back we’re great with me."

"Amazing staff and I can't remember the name of my phlebotomist but she was FANTASTIC. Never had a better experience getting my blood drawn! Would definitely recommend making this location your main if you're looking for hrt."
