"The NP was complaining about having to do check in as well as treatment, which may have affected her treatment quality. Took my son in for some earwax removal and she cut my son’s ear canal cavity, which has made it ooze blood for 2 days. Tried calling today about it but apparently picking up the phone is too much for them as well. Have to take him to an ENT for treatment tomorrow. Stay away from this place unless you just need a prescription for something like a sinus infection. Otherwise this place is pretty poor."

"I'd have left a 0 star if I could. I went here for just a COVID PCR test which my insurance would cover. They tacked on a $99 office visit that I never asked for and of course my insurance wouldn't cover so I'm stuck with the bill. The lady who checked me in never said anything about the extra service that I never needed. Very disingenuous. Avoid this place at all cost."
