"On behalf of my daughter who has a mother in your facility and who spends money constantly every month on her mother's chargers for her phone now you cannot hang up on us for any reason or excuses but I am getting sick and tired of your staff breaking my daughter's mother's phone chargers and us having to pay for new ones though I'm not married to my daughter's mom if my daughter who is special needs can't afford it I end up paying for the phone chargers this has got to stop or I will contact somebody in the higher-ups it's bad enough that we get hung up on when we have an emergency and can't get through to anybody like when my daughter's mom has a seizure while she's on the phone with her and there's nobody there to help her so we have to call and we get hung up on and forced to call 911 I understand you're patience in the nursing homes throughout the country are difficult to work with but how hard is it to find staff that care and doesn't think that these people are just a paycheck I know somebody's breaking chargers because I left my charger at my daughter's Mom's room on accident and somebody destroyed it it no longer charges but the day that I left it there it did charge so let's see what kind of excuses you give for the chargers being broken every month or every other week and for you guys hanging up on people that are trying to call in so go ahead give me an excuse. Also the pictures on this search are very deceiving"

"Prestige was way above our expectations. I tell everyone about our experience there. The doctors, great nursing and CNAs, admin, PT, OT, all staff are dedicated to making you comfortable, well and safe. You can feel everyone there caring and helping you get strong and totally well. We felt like we belonged right away. They have a special place in their hearts for our Veterans too. Even their food is good. There’s a wonderful atmosphere there. Close to beautiful Red Rocks. It may be an older place but it sure is the best place. I give them 10 stars."

"I am the new hairstylist this location. After working a few days I can't begin to describe how amazing this place is. The staff truly care about the seniors and do their best to make everyone happy. Thanks to these wonderful people I leave knowing that they are in good care. The seniors are happy and their space is clean. If you are looking for a place for your parents i highly recommend talking to the staff and getting a tour! Special shout out to the head nurses, Kennedy the main director and Shay for helping me make sure each person is happy with my haircuts! I'm so glad I found this place!"

"It has been very difficult for me to let go of feeling like being a failure, placing my husband in a facility. But I am feeling better as our journey continues because he seems content in Prestige Care Center. Prestige Care Center has been good to him. They make the transition easier for your loved one and family to make that adjustment. He has made new relationships with the staff as well as the other residents. His doctor is wonderful and takes good care of him. I would recommend you do the laundry for your loved one if you are able. Otherwise, make sure your loved one's clothes are labeled. I appreciate all the services and care my husband receives at Prestige Care Center."

"My father has been a resident Prestige Care Center of Morrison for almost 2 years. The staff is very responsive and caring. The facility is set in such a beautiful location. Immediately after my father moved in he asked for binoculars to view all the trees and wildlife. Thank you Prestige for taking such good care of my dad!"
