"Dr. Batra is by far the best physician I have ever had. She is professional, caring, encouraging, thorough, and knowledgeable in the medical profession. I always leave knowing I was heard and I trust Dr. Batra 100% with my healthcare needs. Though I moved 2 hours away, it is worth the drive to have her as my physician; she is the best!"

"I have yet to have a positive experience here and could not be more disappointed in the care I received. Dr. Kern has incredibly poor communication and has caused plenty of issues for me. The first instance, she ordered blood tests which went fine. Then she called to tell me she "didn't understand" the results of the test and told me to go back for another one. I did, which she told me the lab "messed up" and to go back again to get it done. I did not. I do not have unlimited funds for continuous testing regardless of the reason. Now, she ordered x-rays and an MRI, the x-rays went perfectly and she called me quickly with the results. I am supposed to have my MRI tomorrow, and was just contacted by the imaging team to let me know it hasn't been approved with the insurance yet. Come to find out, Dr. Kern never submitted the claim to my insurance!!!! My insurance said it should only take about 5 days to get it approved, so if I had found out much earlier, something could've been done about it. I immediately contacted the office and am told to wait at least a business day to hear a response from Dr. Kern's team. How much more waiting can I possible be asked for??? I waited over a month for this appointment, and now I had to reschedule for another month out. If I had gone to the MRI without the approval, I could've incurred the entire cost of the procedure, which again, I absolutely cannot afford. I only chose to go to this office because of convenience but after this is over and done with, I am not coming back. Truly disappointing how hard it is to find proper medical care."

"I had an appointment scheduled yesterday afternoon and arrived the 10 minuets early they asked. I had brought my insurance card because they called me earlier in the day, as my insurance in the UCHealth portal was out of date, so I gave them the new info and they said nothing was coming back, and to bring the card. I did, and they still could not get it to pull up, so I asked if they could call the insurance company for verification. She told me "that isn't my responsibility, it's yours". Um, no, any healthcare provider always calls to verify if something isn't working. So then, I get on my phone and call my insurance company, but it took a few minutes for them to answer, so she cancelled my appointment. I was flabbergasted at the complete lack of responsibility and professionalism of this place. Since when do they turn away appointments? They should have let me have the appointment and figured the insurance out after, and they should have most definitely NOT refused to call and verify. They "rescheduled" me for next week, but I just cancelled it to go to a reputable office or Urgent Care, since they probably still won't call to verify, wasting even more of my time. Which is a shame because I liked Dr. Batra the one time I've seen her, but I no longer have faith that I'm in good care here. There are better managed offices anywhere in Littleton or Highlands Ranch, I would rather drive a few extra miles to be seen."

"I came here for an annual physical, and I have no complaints about my experience with the doctor or staff members. However, I was completely unaware of a "new patient visit fee" of $222. My insurance fully covers annual physicals, but my visit was coded as a new patient visit and not an annual physical. Upon calling my insurance and this clinic, I learned that they have to code annual physicals for new patients as "new patient" visits, which are not covered by most insurance plans. I haven’t encountered this new patient fee at other clinics before, which is why I’m giving a low rating. Furthermore, this clinic should have made it clear that there is a new patient fee. I hope that other new patients will be aware of this out-of-pocket fee before choosing to schedule an annual physical with this clinic."

"Had a wonderful Primary Care experience at this location! Dr. Kern was caring and made sure to address every concern I brought to clinic with me. I was able to be referred out to one of their specialists and received care from them the same week and scheduled a procedure the following week! It was so nice to have such a wonderful care team to work with!"
