"It took forever to get them to answer the phone (I had to call king Soopers service desk to get them to answer). Once they finally answered the phone the woman was very snippy and unpleasant when I just had a simple question about what services they have. Not a nice lady….."
"My daughter needed a TB screening done for school. Made the appointment with no problem. Seen with no problem. The provider was super sweet. The front desk receptionist looks like she hadn't slept for two days with her hair an absolute mess. We were given a form and was told to come back in a 48-72 time frame. We went back to get the 2nd screening done. We show up around 5:30pm to the clinic closed. That totally messed up getting the results on time which meant my daughter was unable to start her internship that week. After calling and calling I finally contacted the pharmacy and the lady kindly told me she would give them the message. After waiting all day to receive a call back, I finally tried to call AGAIN and someone answered. She said they were short staffed that day so they were closed. They said my daughter would have to wait a whole week to get restested. I was told I would get a call back from the doctor or the regional manager. Never received a call back from niether. Lucky I found I another clinic was was able to properly execute the screening. They need to make sure they are communicating with their people so they are not wasting time by showing up to a closed clinic."
"Please be aware, if you are a senior citizen, that the provider, S. Sayavongsa, has an illegal personal bias against older people and will not believe you if you tell her you have no major health concerns. She told me, "People lie to me all the time." Well, I don't. She would not prescribe Paxlovid to help relieve some of the symptoms of my COVID infection because she did not believe that I have no problems with my kidneys, liver, lungs or heart, that I have no persistent medical conditions and that I take no medications regularly. She instead prescribed another medication that she said "started with the letter 'M'" because she didn't know the name of it. It is not FDA approved and is not as effective as Paxlovid at shortening the duration and intensity of the COVID virus infection. Her bias based solely upon age denied me the most effective care I could have had and is a federal offense. I will never go to this Little Clinic again. It would be a bad idea for you to do so if you are over 65."
"An appointment was made when I didn't make one. And no confirmation about cancellation though there's text about wrong appointment made. I called about the COVID-19 test to treat program since it's still listed on the state website. I was told that they still support the program but later told me that they only give you a prescription for $99 and prescription needs be filled in other pharmacies. And so I don't know what they mean by still support the test to treat program which is sponsored by the Fed. I mentioned that I don't need the appointment since it's not real test to treat program. However, soon I got a text saying that my appointment was made. And so I called back to ask why and make sure it's cancelled. I was told it's cancelled and I should get a text confirmation. After waiting for a while without any confirmation and the link from the appointment text still shows the appointment, I called them again and they told me that they would cancel again but no confirmation from the system. I am totally surprised of a system only text you about appointment without text for cancellation. They gave me the customer service number to double check there, and they couldn't send any confirmation either. First time trying little clinic, the experience is really bad. Their system should be improved easily with confirmation of cancellation too while they choose not to do on purpose?"
"Super grateful I found this place. It is so hard these days to get an appointment with a regular doctor in less than a month of waiting time. I had an issue that could not wait that long. The nurse was very nice and understanding even though I was a few minutes late cause Google maps sent me to the wrong area (the clinic is inside King Soopers) I got in right away and Ashley was awesome!!! Down to earth super genuine, sweet as can be and above all very caring about my situation. Was in and out super quick and even got my prescriptions filled right next to the clinic. It is a great resource to have in a pinch or on the weekend. Highly recommend. I will be returning in the future."
