"This health clinic sucks. They were rude to my wife stating that she wasn’t Native American they lost her papers three times in the whole year never again will I come here plus the big lady that works up front with long hair has poor customer service very rude. She needs to be replaced."

"Despite being an IHS operation, they claimed they couldn't get our files quick enough for my wife and her sister(both native) to be seen, then they denied them access to the building due to their strep symptoms. If you hate helping native americans, don't claim to be an IHS organization. Inexcusable and heartless."

"My daughter had a dental emergency. She was unable to be seen. I know most places will keep slots open for emergencies. But she was not able to be seen or even be given a date to be seen. The woman said they will call for a open date but never called and when I called to see if the app was open she told me it was but said the dentist thinks it would be best if my kids were seen by a dentist that takes Medicaid?"
