"I have been a patient at this office for 15 years and will be having my records transferred after my recent experience. All I needed was a new prescription and prior authorization for my stelara shot. After my appointment my stuff was basically put on a shelf and forgotten about for over a month before I had to contact them to find out why it wasn't sent to the pharmacy. There was ZERO urgency in the matter, as a matter of fact I did all the work, from calling insurance and pharmacys to actually emailing the forms to durango dermatology to get my medicine released. In this 2 month period my skin went from complete remission to covered head to toe with red,itchy lesions. Shame on this office for not taking their patients needs seriously. You had 1 job. You blew it. Even when confronted with the issue, there still was zero concern,urgency or even empathy for the situation that they put me in. I hope that with this review,it sheds a light on the things they desperately need to work on and this doesn't happen to somebody else."

"I have a family history of skin cancer and am fair skinned. I went in for a first time check up, and establish a relationship. They were 45 minutes late in taking me in, sat down and asked me why I was there, were insensitive to my family history and concerns about different areas of skin, then charged a ton of money. I feel like they didn't even look up from their tablet to actually look at my skin and I had to point out every single area of concern to even get them to look up. I had a patch of dry red irritated skin and the PA said "I guess I can freeze it if you want.." I am not even sure I needed it frozen off, not sure what it was, and now it's back, but don't know if I should go back in. It felt like they prefer I wait until I had a metastasizing carcinoma to go in and not waste their time with preventative care. I left feeling disappointed, ashamed, and like I was not cared for at all. All that happened before I got the bill, which made me again feel ashamed for wanting to take preventative care steps and unsure of how to move forward."

"I started seeing Lorraine two years ago when I moved to Durango. At my initial appointment she took time to discuss different treatments that she thought would be beneficial for me. After doing some of these treatments I get compliments on how good my skin looks. Lorraine always takes time to answer any of my questions or concerns.
