"We recently visited Durango and weren’t sure what to do in our spare time and this place was amazing. We have a kid and it was even a great experience for them. They have sectioned off adult only areas, so I’m sure I’d appreciate those areas if I was kid-free. I do wish they offered massages to under 17, but I wouldn’t take off a star for that. They have food trucks and beverages. Everyone was very nice. So many different pools- just a really cool experience."

"The massage I got from Joren was one of the best I've ever had. Beautiful location and well-designed hot spring facility. There are many soaking pools in various sizes, depths, and temperatures. They measured the temperature regularly and updated the labels. It's family friendly, but also has a big section just for adults. The food trucks were tasty."

"Lovely spot to soak. As it is the only hot springs in Durango that are warm & spacious enough for actual soaking, I wish it was more accessible. I cherish any opportunity to visit - which, due to their high prices, is not very often. I wish there were better discounts for locals, or payment plans for the annual pass. Natural healing waters should not be a privilege reserved only for the super wealthy! That being said, the facilities are really nice and well maintained. They are definitely aiming for a luxury market and their prices reflect that. I wouldn’t have a problem with it if we had a more accessible option available nearby. I imagine it’s a great way to relax as a part of an already expensive ski vacation for tourists. But as it is the only hot springs in town, it means that only the most privileged locals get access."

"Great place to spend a half day or so. We came here on a Monday, so not very crowded. We soaked for a while before our scheduled couples massage which was very relaxing. The spa area is very comfortable and well appointed. Staff is quite friendly and accommodating. We soaked for a while longer after our massage and enjoyed a beer which was very reasonably priced. If you want food here, the options are limited. The view of the mountains from the tubs is pleasant, slightly marred by the highway in between. Overall we would definitely come back here again."

"We always enjoy the beautiful hot springs. It is amazing! The front desk could use some customer service training. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited outside. We were in an orderly line. I had just checked online and knew they had plenty of space. When we got to our turn, we were told to move to the very back of the line since we did not reserve online. Her exact words (after we waited) you don't have a reservation you will take twice as long to process. We finally made it to the front again for it to actually take the exact same amount of time as the others in front of us. We were tempted to leave when she spoke to us so rudely. If you are forced to the back of the line (all while plenty of space left), you should probably state that on your website. I had no problem booking online, but I knew there was plenty of space. We wanted to pay cash, and that isn't an option online."
