"Having been a patient for just under two months, and mostly feel great improvments towards the multiple things PT is helping me with, Although I have had some set backs, none are related to care provided, My PT doc is Ben Fordahl, and aside from coming highly recomended I feel he has been the most patient PT provider I have ever had, and so willing to listen and offer guidance on all related topics to my health. Thanks so much and keep up the great work. Office admin staff are great too as it took a long time to get my insurance set up."
"Ben Fordahl is an excellent physical therapist and has helped me in my recovery immensely. He is great at what he does and also is just a really nice person. Highly recommend! I also have seen Erin Mumby, a PT Assistant, numerous times, and she is also very knowledgeable and skilled."
"Ben was awesome! He took his time and explained everything I needed to know after surgery. I even mentioned I wouldn't be attending the clinic after the first initial visit because of where I lived, and this didn't change how he treated me. One of the best medical professionals I've met. Thanks Ben!!"
"I tore my ACL and MCL and went here for therapy. The lady that works the front counter was always rude to me every time I showed up. I felt like I was not welcome here. My injury was very difficult for me mentally and physically. One day I showed up to an appointment and was told that there was an issue with my insurance. I started to ask questions about my insurance and the lady at the front counter told me if I did not leave she was going to call security. She made me feel like a criminal and all I was doing was asking questions. She made me feel like a criminal. I felt like I was treated really poorly here. On top of that my physical therapist would leave me to do my routine by myself while she went and chatted it up with her co workers. All the other therapists there would stay next to the client the whole time. I am sure my insurance paid good money for the sessions. I felt like I was not welcome at the facility from day 1. Its hard when you don't feel welcome, and you are dealing with an injury that is not only painful but limits my mobility. From my experience I would not recommend this facility. I am pretty much just rehabbing on my own with no knowledge of what I am doing. My injury was pretty serious and I am not sure if I will be able to walk the same. This place made me feel like I was a burden to the staff. They really made my recovery a bummer and I am not even sure I will recover the same."
"Amy is awesome. Very thorough and is an expert on many different physical therapies. She sets you up for home self-care as well."
