"Not really sure if there products are quality, but I know there customer service isn't. They are happy to take you money right away and provide you with a reasonable eta. Then that day came and went received no communication so I tried calling and contacting them online. No one answers the phone so I leave a message and no one calls back. I get an email saying that they reached out to the people shipping it but that's it. So I message back a few days later because I haven't heard anything back and get the same message. Begining to think I shouldn't have ordered from these guys. Avoid Whitecap if you can. Lesson learned."

"They insisted I wear a mask,but two of their employees were walking around me in the store with no masks. I don't really care about the whole mask issue,(I will wear one if requested and not be upset) but don't be a blatant hypocrite."
