"My doctor ordered a colonoscopy last November and placed the order with Durango endoscopy, who was supposed to call me. in December I called them and learned they were behind on scheduling, but would ca lol me soon, in late January, I walked in and spoke to the scheduler and he states they are gong to start scheduling in about 3-4 weeks and would call me. Today, march 7th I got back from business trip and drove straight from the airport to the center and asked when they were gong to schedule me since it had now been four months - they looked up my record and informed me that Tricare dropped them from their insurance roles two weeks ago (probably due to unresponsiveness). Over your months they never once reached out - they really don’t follow through or return calls and brushed me off every time without even being able to estimate their current backlog. I also felt with a new scheduler every time I want it there. There was no apology and zero empathy - they just really didn’t care at all. So I’m back at square one a s have to back to my original doctor that ordered the procedure and see what mother options there may be and have wasted four months."

"Can a colonoscopy be an enjoyable experience? Of course not. But... compared to my expectations, the procedure with Dr. Saslow and his staff was close. Really! From check-in to check-out, I knew I was in capable and caring hands. Prep nurses Sidney and John were efficient, exceedingly friendly and made me feel welcomed. A larger pillow for my head and a second warm blanket, no problem. Next, Dr. Saslow came in to see if I had any questions or concerns. Then Laura, the anesthetist, explained exactly what method she would follow and what I should expect. I've never felt more confident and relaxed prior to a medical procedure. An hour later I opened my eyes wondering when they would start. Instead, the discharge nurse, Karen, handed me a cold carton of fruit juice and began removing the IV. Twenty minutes later my wife was holding the car door open for the return trip home. A five-star plus experience!"

They were all professional, efficient, pleasant, and compassionate. I felt well cared and valued and they are serious about Covid precautions. I appreciated the warm blankets I was offered and the facility was clean. I am grateful for their hard work and preventative services during difficult times."
