"These people have saved my life so many times I can't express how grateful and thankful I am. they are the best doctors in the entire town. I know they have a long wait time on occasions but it's well worth it and you will get the adequate care that you deserve. If you're having a mental health crisis do not go to Mercy medical center they will not treat you well and may actually physically harm you. their guards beat me up for yelling and broke my ribs and strangled me and kicked me in the testicles after having hernia surgery. I walk with a cane and I have fibromyalgia I was in kidney failure and they did not care. call these people they will help you. Avoid Mercy medical center at all costs including the ER they are extremely unprofessional and told me they do not know how to deal with people who have mental health issues in their own words."
"I love La Plata Integrated Health and especially Mindy Jordeth who is my primary provider I never have to wait more than a few minutes before Im called back. All of the staff I have encountered over the years I have gone there are very professional and pleasant to deal with no matter what the situation. They show a genuine concern for your needs taking any stress or anxiety you may feel out of the equation. I would reccomend them without hesitation for anyone needing a primary provider or even for someone from out of town needing medical services."
"Initially, I wasn’t optimistic. Some of the cons: it took over a month to get in just for an establishing care visit. Additionally, when I asked about pricing for cash pay (no insurance), I was told “it depends” with a range of $193-$493. That didn’t make any sense seeing as how it was essentially a “consultation appointment”. When I asked about the sliding fee, I was once again told “it depends” and was not given a straight answer. I was starting to second guess if I had chosen the wrong provider. However, the pros greatly outweigh the cons! My MD Monica Rogers made it abundantly clear that she genuinely cares and put any worries I had to rest. I would have been happy with that alone but what really makes this post 5 stars is Tim DaGiau from the front desk! After my visit, Tim called to help me find additional resources that were in my price range. This man reached out to 20 different providers to find me the most affordable places in the area then sent me that list! I’ve never worked his position before, but if I had to guess I’d say that wasn’t in his job description! Between Tim and Monica, they went above and beyond and I am thrilled that I went with Axis Healthcare!"
"Honestly have been trying to call them for the past week concerning my recent lab work. Left 3 voicemails, called more than a few times. Have done everything I can to contact them and since I have changed to a 720 area code they will not answer. Completely beyond bizarre as my doctor said we will be contacting you shortly for the lab work results. I have drawn blood at this location and other locations in Durango multiple times, and blood work takes no longer than 3 days time. I have been waiting for ANYONE to contact me since Friday the 7th of July. It is now Saturday the 15th That’s over a week that everyone from the front desk to the back, has been unresponsive. I do not have an invite to speak to my doctor on the Portal which was another question I was going to ask them, otherwise I would ask them directly. Nor did it ever give me the choice calling to be directed to one of their nurses at most. It’s like my call is being rejected straight to voicemail. Considering the lack of communication this is beyond disrespectful, imagine trying to get your health on track and the people who are supposedly trying to help you are unresponsive and ignoring your calls. My friend whom I REFFERED there told me she just spoke to you guys on Friday. The same time I tried calling."
