"My sons medical team had recommended he have testing for Central Auditory Processing Disorder. So when I first contacted them I asked very specifically about this testing. I was assured that they did so I scheduled an appointment for him. On three other occasions (one of those in writing) I specifically asked about this specific testing. In fact, I sent the results of his full diagnostic hearing evaluation, so they would have all his information and know exactly what we needed. Having previously driven to Denver for this testing only to be told upon arrival that they did not and wasting a trip, I was extra cautious. So after all those assurances I scheduled the appointment. It was only upon arrival at the office that we were told they do not do CAPD testing! A total waste of time and money. Clearly someone on their staff is incompetent."
