"Coolsculpting is an absolute scam. You pay thousands of dollars for no results and get a guarantee that isn't a guarantee. Glad I wasted that money here when I would have been better off going to a place that didn't offer a guarantee. They've since stopped offering the service, probably because it doesn't work. Any "guarantees" from this place means, "we might pay for some cost of another treatment". Spend your money elsewhere."

"The Doctor is amazing but his staff HORRIBLE! I made an appointment for my husband who has been having issues with bruising and swelling in both legs for over a year. The assistant who greets you and manages appointments seemed super nice when I spoke to her over the phone, however I have never been treated so rudely as I was the day I took my husband for his appointment. We found out that my husband is no longer eligible for Veterans Tricare insurance after waiting on he office for his appt., the doctor offered a less expensive option for $200 instead of $500 since we didn't have insurance. Once the appt was over the lady asked for payment, I stated I wasn't expecting to pay out of pocket and didn't have that kind of money on me. She rudely repeated to me "you don't have any money?" I said the only thing I have on me is an old check of my mothers incase of emergencies" She literally would not let us leave unless I left her the check. I explained I had no intention of not paying and would get them payment and not to cash the check that was not my money. We live an hour a way so it wouldn't be possible to just run down a check out of my account so i put 2 post dated checks i n the mail. The lady called my parents the following business day asking if she was authorized to cash their check. My parents were immediately upset until I explained the situation. When I called her she threatened to turn it over to the police!? I mean really! What is wrong with people? Already assuming I won't pay because I'm not loaded with cash? My husband hasn't been able to walk let alone work but I was not going to stiff anyone. I signed the financial policy that was emailed to me prior to the appt stating balance must be paid within ONE year from the date of service . When I asked about the policy she said that she would need to read it again, really it was her that sent it but she doesn't know what it says? She proceeded to call not me but my parents the next three days asking to cash the check. Of course my mom authorized on the 3rd day so she would stop threatening to turn over to the police. I would never recommend to anyone, especially not a friend. THe doctor was great which is sad cause he has a lot to offer patients but should seriously think about how people are treated by his staff and the impression his employees give. I would not go back at this point ."
