"Their policies are quite strict, burdensome and could be frustrating for members. You need to pay $25 for no show up to any class or if you don’t cancel your booked slot before 12 hours of the slot(another level of stress). Also if you want to freeze your membership, you need to pay $15 per month extra and you can only freeze for 1-2 months(there is no surety though). Cancellation fee is $100 if you cancel your membership before 3 months. You just need to keep paying for everything, it’s disappointing when businesses prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and fair policies. These policies seem to prioritize financial gain over accommodating the needs and circumstances of their members. Disappointing experience!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone."
"You will never know how the policy changes and how hard it is the push forward your class schedule. It just turned out you always need to pay more and they always have the power to let you pay more through the docs you signed."
"After 7 months, and 100+ classes, I can wholeheartedly say that my experience at Club Pilates (Lone Tree) has been fantastic. Beyond the benefits both in fitness and for my chronic lower back condition from the classes themselves, I have to say the instructors are the highlight. It is through their education, enthusiasm, and diversity of style that my proficiency has progressively increased from 1.0, through 1.5, and now to 2.0 level. I'm totally hooked on Pilates thanks to the team at Club Pilates (Lone Tree)."
"The Pilates studio provided an appalling experience marked by a shocking lack of instructor competence. However, what truly stood out was the abysmal service attitude. The dismissive and rude behavior exhibited by the staff overshadowed any potential benefits of the workout. This establishment urgently needs a complete overhaul, focusing not only on improving instructor skills but also on a radical transformation of their customer service approach"
"I attended an intro class and when I arrived there they forced me and other customers to buy their socks which is $14, their confirmation email didn't mention that. I didn't bring my wallet while I went out to exercise so I asked if could use my phone to tap pay, and they said they only take cards or cash…It made me upset, they ruined my exercise mood. Later, it was a kind lady to helped me to pay for that, I appreciate it! But I also don't want this business company to take this money. Also, the Pilates teacher didn't check whether the students doing right or not, students were confused and needed to see each other to figure out. I won't recommend this place!! I have been to three different Pilates, this one is the worst! No company forced customers to buy socks."
