"The staff were friendly and polite when we arrived. While waiting, my wife and I looked at the available frames for new glasses. I was called first. The technician and the doctor were professional and helpful. When I finished and was introduced to the glasses technician, she was very polite and friendly. I explained that I had looked over the selection that was offered, wasn’t sure if they had anything I wanted. She did help me look at some options while we waited for my wife to complete her exam. My wife came out, and she had found some frames that might meet her needs. But, after she saw the cost after insurance she wanted to shop other places. At that point, the “friendly” technician wasn’t friendly at all. That type of attitude makes big difference when we select where we wan to shop."
