"This boutique gym is a true gem! Trainers are highly skilled and really care about their clients. The work outs are very hard but deliver the fastest results I've ever seen in 10 years of trying every and any work out style out there. Trainers show you modifications to adapt to your level if needed. The work outs utilize machines similar to pilates reformer. I never thought I would enjoy working out on a machine, but I've been loving these work outs. They are slow and focus on form and endurance. This is not a work out where you jump from one move to the other fast and without good form. It's rather one that creates space for you to focus, be present and move slowly. It is very hard but you get better really fast. It's similar to pilates but much better. The space and restrooms are always very clean. Several classes are offered throughout the day. I've tried 6 of their trainers so far and they are all excellent. If you're looking for a work out that doesn't hurt your joints, that is challenging and delivers big and fast results, with trainers that motivate you and a true positive community, look no further!"
