"If you are looking for a small business, local gym, this might be a great choice for you. It's fairly new (opened in 2021 I think). I just started in 2022. The owner Kev is awesome. The place is so clean and all equipment works great. (I didn't see one piece of equipment that was broken). This is NOT a big box gym, so you won't find rows of the same type of equipment. But they have everything that I need (cardio equipment, dumbbells, medicine balls, trx, kettle balls, bench, squat machine, leg press, and some equipment that I haven't seen before). They have everything that a big corporate gym has, just on a smaller scale. Although there was a number of people there when I was there, it wasn't crowded at all. The locker rooms are very clean and the lockers have locks (no need to bring a lock) for valuables. They have showers with shampoo, etc. Bonus, you can do pilates or get a massage. (I haven't done either yet). Also, the personal trainers really know their stuff. Whether you've been training for a long time or just getting started, this is a great option."
