"My favorite workout in Denver!! The variation between strength training and kickboxing gives me great results and I don’t get bored. [As a yogi, I was surprised by how much I love the kickboxing — so cathartic!] The best part is the community, though — everyone is so supportive, there’s none of the silent competition of other gyms, and the instructors are all a ton of fun! Highly recommend giving it a try!"
