"I took a lab test as instructed by an urgent care on Jan 8 2024 for H. Pylori. Found information online indicating such tests usually provide results within 30min. I was informed by the lab technicians the results would get sent to my Urgent care doctor. I evidently was not aware of how long, or had been told probably 24 hours. Turns out I am either being lied too or the results truly take an entire 7 to 10 days to get. I am in pain and was hoping to get antibiotics if I need them within a day or 2. Come to find out I could have went to a gastrointestinal doctor and probably had an entire endoscopy done in the same amount of time. Yet here I am being forced to wait for a test that determines if I need the endoscopy or not. Heinous, absolutely heinous waste of time. This is how you let people die and are prevented from even finding things wrong with them. America's medical industry is a total scam."

"The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. There's always someone you can ask for directions from if you get lost in this huge building. So far I am satisfied with the quality of care I have received."

"To be a dad and wanting to be apart of your baby’s ultrasound you’re considered a “visitor” because of covid. I’m not a visitor I’m a patient at that point. “It increases the exposure of covid” if I go through the screening and am wearing my mask at all times does that not count? This place is horrible"
