"I would go elsewhere. My experience has been incredibly frustrating. I signed up for a lottery for kid lessons, and withdrew from the lottery before it even took place because our schedule changed. They refuse to refund my deposit. Actually, they just refuse to respond. I’ve left two voicemails and emailed over a couple month period with absolutely no response. I tried to instead use my account credit for a court reservation. When plans changed and I canceled 22.5 hours in advance they hit me with a charge for not canceling within 24 hours. Within their rights due to their policy? Sure, but another example of just being really hard to work with."
