"I have practiced Taekwondo with 4 different dojangs (and visited several more), on 2 different continents, and this is the best I have trained at! Mr and Mrs. Hogle are excellent teachers, impressive martial artists, and they care deeply about their students. They teach traditional ITF Taekwondo and their classes are a perfect combination of really good workouts, technical learning and character building. I'm always very impressed by the demeanor of the kids I train with there. As an adult woman, I also have a particular appreciation for the gender equality that I find at this school. Some of the other schools I trained at had somewhat of a "boys club" feel to them. I would often be the only female in the class and the students seemed uncomfortable training with a woman. There is none of that at Holon Wellness. Mr and Mrs. Hogle set the tone as they are both equally fierce fighters and their classes are very diverse (from gender to age). I couldn't recommend them highly enough."
