If its been awhile since you were active, they will design a fitness program that you can accomplish while still being challenged; they WILL get you into shape. The training is outstanding, and I appreciate that do not push you to compete in tournaments until you feel ready. I very much enjoy the comeraderie while watching my daughter train. "This weekend we witnessed a representative of Hyland Hills Judo, bully a child that was injured during a match at a tournament. It was uncalled for and I can’t believe a gym would associate with such a person."

"This club should be absolutely embarrassed with the way their representative handled a fellow judo competitor after he BROKE TWO BONES in his arm during a competition. Whoever the obese man is that is representing Hyland Hills needs to be expelled from the club. For you to call a 12 year old child a “whiney baby” after he broke his arm is a disgrace to the judo community. Sad. Just so everyone knows, clearly the club approves of the behavior because I haven’t received a response, only them attempting to get rid of my comment."
