"I would recommend Conor and the 10th Planet Denver team to anyone looking for a supportive community to learn or train BJJ or take yoga classes. I personally took the Sunday yoga class so far a few times and absolutely loved it. Everyone there is kind and supportive and it truly feels like a community regardless of what class you’re attending. The teacher gave helpful cues and guided us in a way that allowed me to have my own practice while following his instruction. They also offers a women’s BJJ class which I plan to try soon. Conor’s gym is very spacious, immaculately clean and provides an empowering space to learn and grow. I will be a regular at 10th Planet Denver."

Like other sports if you go to class and practice you will get better and this place has the teachers to help you become a world class jiu jitsu athlete or a hobbyist killer. "I was staying out in Denver for a short trip and needed a spot to train since I regularly train at 10th planet back in LA. I signed up for the fundamentals class and was impressed with the size and structure of the gym. The staff were friendly and courteous. While I attended class, Coach Brian was insightful with going over the technique with me during the lesson. If your a local out in Denver and need a spot to train regularly, I’d give this spot a chance."
