"My daughter and I have practiced at RMKS for two years. We love the sensei, students and style. I've trained in three other martial arts (CYO boxing, SanSoo, LimaLama) and can say without reservation that Ki Aikido is far more practical in daily life than any other style I've every practiced. Ki Aikido trains the body and mind to manage conflict of all kinds and not necessarily with a throw and pin. MMA, BJ, KravMaga, and MCMAP are great for what they do but they are on the different end of the martial arts spectrum than Ki Aikido. Think sports car, minivan and off-road vehicle, you simply can't compare them as they specialize in different things."
