"Predatory Company! Beware! 2 day “member” here- once I signed up I quickly became aware of how shady this company runs. I signed up for 4 day a month membership at the beginning of the month- the only available class was 3 weeks later. I was waitlisted for the other 3 classes and the waitlist for ALL classes is about 8-9 people deep! How am I supposed to use my 4 credits before they expire at the end of the month if I can only get into 1 class? Essentially I would be paying $110 a month to MAYBE go to 1 class… because if you don’t use it you lose it. They were more than eager to sign me up but I’m still waiting on the manager to call me back so I can cancel my membership (which I attempted to cancel 2 days later). They are now telling me that I will have to pay $100 cancel fee on top of the $110 membership fee I have already paid. Keeping in mind- I have never attended a class and have really only been a “member” for 2 days!!! It just seems like they do not have enough equipment and instructors to accommodate the influx in members ! Buyer BEWARE!"

"I enjoyed some of the trainers here, but unfortunately feel like the price to come here isn't worth the struggle of trying to get into the classes. Also if it's you're first time doing Pilates, they don't really give you much insight on what to do when it comes to how many springs should be attached to the board/ certain moves/ how to adjust the height on the board itself. They kinda just jump into class without any guidance. I feel like paying for a personal trainer would be more hands on and beneficial than this class personally. When you can't make it to class they charge you on top of the expensive membership. It just became super pricey very quickly. Not a terrible experience but for the price not worth what's included"

"Cheri is my favorite instructor so far; she does a great job of guidance with beginners. I have never done Pilates before but found the studio welcoming and inviting. The reformer can be intimidating at first but they do a great job guiding you through it. They were also very understanding when I had an issue come up at work that prevented me from coming to a class."

"When I started at this location in the first part of 2019, the club was teeming with instructors that truly wanted you to obtain YOUR goals. They met with you, they instructed you, we even had a private class with our unlimited class package! I miss that. I feel like in the last few months, their goal is just to get more new members, while not increasing their hours and availability to the existing members. I have been frustrated with the waitlist and not being able to come in for a class when my schedule allows it. In the past, scheduling ahead of time was OK for 3 weeks, but now, you can't get into a class if you get a window that opens up in your personal schedule. They had a remodel but didn't choose to open up the club, instead if feels much smaller and a bit crowded. I'm sharing this because I absolutely loved my club for the last 4 years, but 2023 has created an air of sales is more important that existing members that usually are the biggest cheerleaders and I've brought members in without any referral promotion because I love it and want them to love it. My mom, my neighbors, my family, my volunteer friends, at least 10 over the last 5 years, and never once have the managers shared that they appreciate that I bring folks in. Not that it is important to me, it would just be nice to hear thank you for management. I don't get that feeling anymore, and I want it to be a place that we can go for our health, mental and physical. I also wanted to add, as a member, I LOVED having the front desk people that knew me, always greeted me with a smile and was invested in our community. I don't see anyone I recognize anymore, maybe send out an email introducing your new staff? Anyway, I hope this helps folks!"

"Pilates has become “My Life” Thanks to Club Pilates Ken Caryl. I serendipitously received a text from them in January of 2018, which invited me to a free Intro class. This was the beginning of my new Pilates body. The studio is conveniently located to my home. There is plenty of parking, though the shopping center is extremely busy. They offer a variety of Core focused and Cardio classes. All the Instructors are knowledgeable and bring variety to all of the classes. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. I am never bored with the workouts! I recommend buying a few Private sessions to ensure your form is appropriate so you don’t risk injury. You also have options to buy unlimited classes versus a class package. There are so many different pieces of equipment to use including but not limited to the Reformer, Chair and Spring Board. I have personally lost pounds and inches, as well as lowering my Cholesterol. They always have fresh, new retail items and sale promotions. I Highly Recommend Club Pilates Ken Caryl."
