I have seen Dr. Crofts, Dr. Wigant, and Fernando Rivero and all have had great bedside manner and medical knowledge. If you are looking for someone to spend a little more time and get to the root of a health problem, I highly recommend San Juan Health (Blanding or Monticello Clinics)."

"I have received my healthcare at the clinic and hospital for over 15 years and have always had awesome, friendly, and compassionate care. The cleaning staff are amazing! I have seen them many times on their hands and knees scrubbing corners and they keep the clinics and hospital the cleanest facilities I have ever seen. The ladies in the kitchen make some of the best "hospital food" I have ever had and they go the extra mile to meet any needs. They are always kind and great me with a smile. The billing and administration do a great job with everything! The radiology and lab teams are outstanding and always willing to go the extra mile to help in any way they can! I delivered my daughter at San Juan Hospital in 2020 and even with COVID19 restrictions they were wonderful and allowed me to have visitors and two people with me during my delivery. Dr. Doel and the nurses were wonderful and made me feel comfortable and coached me through the process. Dr. Doel, Dr. Nielson, and Dr. Ludlow worked together to turn my daughter (she was breach) and insure that I could deliver her safely. I cannot say enough about all of the awesome nurses and staff in the hospital and clinics! I have seen almost every doctor at some point in time and I highly recommend them. Nicole Fox is a sweetheart and I love that she coaches in a lot of natural cures, but is also experienced with medicines when they are needed; she is also great about calling other doctors and getting second opinions when needed. She is very kind and empathetic and I have received calls from her multiple times to check on me after visits. Dr. Jeppesen has always been really good with me. He diagnosed a condition within a couple of visits that I had been going to doctors for years to figure out what it was. He was also really awesome for my OB appointments and always listened to my concerns and helped me through anything I had going on. He has helped me with a lot of injuries through the years. Jimmy Walker I have seen for a broken bone and he was awesome about working me in and helping me with everything I needed to do to heal. He is great about working with other doctors and surgeons to coordinate care and promote healing. Dr. Nielson was also great with helping me during my pregnancy (during 2020 they had us see both Dr. Nielson and Dr. Jeppesen and Dr. Doel when he started in August). He addressed my concerns and quickly ordered tests and ultrasounds when something did not seem right. He is quiet and does not say much, but has a huge heart. Dr. Wyman is an excellent surgeon and very meticulous. He is very good at what he does. I have never seen Dr. Lagiglia, or Dashelle Holliday for anything, so I cannot really say much about them. Dr. Crofts is terrific! He takes the time he needs to listen and get a whole picture of what is going on and how to best help. He is kind and empathetic, and willing to do what needs to be done to help. I really like his wholistic approach and he is very knowledgeable. I have only seen him a few times but I would gladly go back to him when needed. Dr. Doel has been so awesome with both me and my daughter. I am so glad that he came to work in Monticello and he has provided excellent care for my daughter with all of her conditions. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. He has called me after hours to let me know about my daughter's tests and has been awesome about randomly just checking to see how she is doing. He has coordinated with many specialists for her care. I would highly recommend him. In conclusion, San Juan health is awesome! Everyone cares and works together to help care for patients and coworkers. I know many people who come from 60 miles away (some more that that) to be seen here. I will not go to any other hospital in the area due to bad experiences in Moab, and hearing many bad experiences in Moab and Cortez."

"I visited the clinic twice within the same week and my first visit was with Dr. Jimmy Walker, and it was in regard to chronic pain in my hands and feet that had been getting increasingly worse over a period of approximately two years. Dr. Walker, after a series of x-rays, set me up with a medication that in just over a week and a half has completely eliminated a condition that I believed to be something I needed to get accustomed to and accept as something due to age, absolutely not so!!! The second visit was with Dr. Mario LiGiglia for some spots/moles that had characteristics of early signs of skin cancer. Dr. LiGiglia took some biopsy’s and all came out negative!!! Relieved that all is well, I have to make clear that the compassion, concern, professionalism and knowledge of the providers was outstanding and made me feel completely at ease, a very satisfying experience that will always keep me coming back for my care. I would also like to compliment the nurses, Suzanne Morrison and Peyton Wallis who just added to the pleasant experience!!! Keep up the GREAT work all of you for you are an asset to this community!!!"
